Racks Rules:

Please choose a booth week that works with your schedule. You'll need to be available Friday night (6-7pm) and Saturday morning (9-11am) , because when it comes to setup, being fashionably late is never in style.

Racks Up:

  • Racks setup time is Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
  • Sellers should arrive as close to 9:00 AM as possible to allow enough time for setup.
  • The store opens to customers at 11:00 AM.
  • All booths must be fully set up and stocked by 10:45 AM.
  • Once setup is complete, sellers are welcome to stay and shop in the store.
  • Staff will be available on Saturday mornings to answer questions and provide assistance.

  • Racks
  • Shelving
  • Baskets
  • Hangers
  • Tags
  • Barbs
  • Barb guns
  • Sellers should not bring their own hangers.

Racks Out:

  • Racks breakdown takes place on Friday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  • All clothing and seller inventory must be removed by the seller during this time.
  • Can't make it? No worries! We can pack up your racks for you for a $25 convenience fee (must be selected at the time of booking).
  • Need breakdown service after you've already booked? The fee increases to $40.
  • Please have a pickup plan in place. If items are left behind without prior arrangements, a $50 fee will be deducted from your weekly earnings, and payment will be held until all inventory has been collected.

Racks Returns:

  • You score 60% of every sale.
  • We keep 40% to cover the space, support, and all the little things that keep the racks rolling.
  • We'll send your earnings via Venmo or a check upon request.
  • Sit back, relax, and watch your racks pull its weight!

Racks Revenue:

  • After Friday, your earnings are on the way! Commission payouts are sent within 3–5 business days after your last day of selling.
  • Payments are made via Venmo, so please double-check that your Venmo username is entered correctly when you register.
  • If your Venmo information changes, let us know right away to prevent any delays in receiving your payout.
  • Haven’t received your commission or have questions? We're happy to help. Contact us at info@nicknack.com.

Racks Reversal:

  • Don't leave us hanging! Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before setup day. After that, your racks reservation is committed and non-refundable.

Racks at your Own Risk:

We love your treasures and work hard to keep them safe, organized, and looking their best! That said, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • We take reasonable precautions to keep inventory organized, secure, and protected while it's in the store.
  • While we have security measures in place, no retail space is completely immune to the occasional mystery.
  • Nicknack Thrift Racks is not financially responsible for items that are lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged while on the premises.c
  • Have a particularly valuable, sentimental, or one-of-a-kind item? Think twice or contact us for more secure options.

We promise to treat your inventory with care, but we can't guarantee every item will live happily ever after. Some adventures are simply beyond our control!

Women’s, men’s, or children’s clothing, shoes, accessories, small toys, home décor, etc. We just ask that it fits in your booth! Vendors are expected to stock booths with items that align with our sustainability-focused mission.

Yes! We encourage choosing two weeks if you have a lot of stuff to sell. You can replenish your booth at anytime throughout the week.

A number of factors will contribute to having a high seller commission: brands, quantity, presentation, restocking, pricing, and promotion.

Post your booth on social media and make sure to tag us! We will highlight booths throughout the week to showcase your items.

Any items you leave behind will be put to good use! We will donate them to our local charities and communities.

You will be charged a $20 fee if you are unable to make it in on Friday and your payment will be withheld until items are picked up.
